Light of the Forth by =FlippinPhil. A stunning shot of a landmark that always lets me know I'm almost home.

Description
Forth Road Bridge
Queensferry, Scotland
So eventually after weeks of dark, miserable weather here in Scotland, I was rewarded with this stunning light.
I had a big feeling throughout today that the sunset was going to be a decent one. The air was a mild temperature, not freezing like it usually is in November. I did some research through the day to what time the sunset was at, its coordinates, and a good location shoot it from. I then decided the Queensferry area was a great place to visit as I've always wanted a panoramic of the bridge(s) at sunrise, or sunset.
I arrived at a small beach area just next to the North Queensferry main street with plenty of time to set up, and decide on how to go about capturing the scene. Not long after I arrived, another photographer from Dunfermline arrived, and we had a chat while we admired the beautiful show put on by nature.
This is 5 horizontal RAW shots stitched together in Photoshop.
A huge thank you to Fiona ($chix0r) for the DD!!
