After missing a stunning sunset the other night, I thought I would chance my luck in hoping for the same last night. 130 mile all round drive to Portencross on the west coast, which is just above Adrossan. I was obviously let down by the clouds which offered none of the light, or colours I anticipated, but I worked around it and tried to salvage what I could out of the long trip. This is the Isle of Arran in the backdrop around 20 mins after the sun had set in a soft blue twilight.
wonderful photograph! I love the combination of colours for some reason, very very good ^^ the yellow of the rocks comes in a contrast with the dark blue around. I really like it Phil
